Chill Factor Films is an entity created by myself, Adrian Frearson, back in 1994. With roots firmly in the action sports world, I completed my first snow/skateboard film later in 1995 “Another Dimension” using mainly second hand super8 and hi8 camera’s. Over the following years, Chill Factor became a small collective, with major contributions from fellow Essex boy and skateboarder Mark Munson. Together we produced several music videos, snowboard and skateboard films during the late 90′s, under the Chill Factor banner. Steve Cardwell, a graphic designer and motion artist, also hailing from Essex, has also been a mainstay of many productions throughout the years and hopefully will continue in the future.

My Bio

Apart from operating under the Chill Factor Films moniker, I have worked as a cameraman, director and editor for the last 15 years, both freelance and under contract. Work has included: international sports events, music video and live concerts, corporate films and tv commercials, high profile weddings and social events, documentaries and “behind the scenes” dvd productions.

As well as developing my skills behind the lens and in the edit suite, I have spent many years working in the mountains, indulging my passion for mountain sports, photography and the environment. I’m a fan of electronic music and it’s creation and subsequently, I’m always happy when a project has an equal focus on sound editing and design.
