The Scratchtapes Film FX packs are being updated, with a rollout of several micro packs coming over the spring /summer.. Frame Damage Vol2, is a collection of 10 Final Cut Pro effects and a few flare and film clutter transitions, with simple to use controls for adding anything from subtle frame flickers, to extreme film damage effects.

Themed around severe film damage, this collection is ideal for grunge and damaged film elements in any graphics/motion graphics or editing project. Used with adjustment layers, the templates can effect underlying elements in quite extreme ways. Used as backgrounds or layers, both the clips and the image textures can be combined to create various lo fi effects. All templates are based on a 4k 25p timeline, but should work well at most frame rates and resolutions.

The Scratchtapes collection will be expanding over the next few months, with each micro pack covering the bases of each effect style. There will also be a few freebie effects, as well as a Blender texture/fx version, so please subscribe to the blog for further news.
